How do I sign up for eStatements?
Simply fill out our eStatement Application. After you submit your information, we will set up your account(s) and you will start receiving your statements electronically. Please allow five business days to process your application.

eStatements is a FREE service.

Can I get both a paper statement and an eStatement?
Unfortunately, you may only receive one type of statement.

Is my eStatement account information protected from others viewing it?
Our security consists of a secure website which requires a user id and password to access.

Will I get my eStatement every month?
If you currently get a statement in the mail every month, then your eStatement will be sent every month. Customers who receive a mailed statement every quarter or annually will receive their eStatement quarterly or annually.

How do I notify DC Bank of my new email address?
You may send us notification of an email address change in writing to P.O. Box 949 Douglasville, GA 30133, by fax at 770.920.3199, or come by any of our four locations.

Can I have my eStatement sent to multiple email addresses?
Yes, up to three e-mail addresses can be specified to receive an eStatement.

How do I stop receiving eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact a DC Bank representative at 770.949.2500, by mail at P.O. Box 949 Douglasville, GA 30133, or come by any of our four locations.

How do I view my monthly eStatement?
Once you receive your email you log on to our secure website using your unique user id and password and then click on the statement you would like to view. Your estatement will be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When will my eStatement be delivered?
Your eStatement will be delivered the evening the bank generates your statement.

Can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You may request a paper copy of your statement at any time, for a small fee. Click here to see current Service Charge schedule.

What kind of computer equipment and software program are needed to use eStatements?
You will need an internet enabled computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

What kind of password can I use? Is the password case sensitive? Can I use symbols, such as dashes, dollar signs, etc.?
Your password must be between 6 and 12 characters long. It is case sensitive. You may use all characters on your keyboard, if you wish. For security reasons, we recommend that you use a mixture of letters, numbers and other characters in your password.

What Should I do when I am finished viewing my eStatement?
You have the option of saving your eStatement electronically or printing your eStatement. DC Bank recommends you save your eStatement for future use.
