We pledge to set a new precedence in the relationship between the customer and their trusted insurance advisor.  We are committed to finding the best placement for your risk in the most stable insurance companies in the industry, and then providing outstanding service through a unique process used only by a select few in the country.

“Who Are We”

Love, Douglas & Pope, Inc. was formed in 1986. The agency is the outgrowth of a merger of the agencies Love-Douglas Insurance Agency, Inc. and Pope & Company, Inc. Love-Douglas was formed in 1969 and was formerly known as the Love Agency which was started in the 1950’s. Pope and Company was formed in 1958 by Carl and Judy Pope.

The agencies, since their inception, have been committed to personal service to their customers, both commercial and personal lines. The agencies were built on personal contact and dedication to service to their policyholders. The agency has maintained an excellent reputation in the industry, and has delivered to its clients the service the owners would expect as clients.

We have maintained through the years that our customers are our first priority and is the reason for us being in business. It is our responsibility as employees of Love, Douglas & Pope to see that our customers are satisfied with the treatment they receive from our office. Our growth through the years has been because of our dedication to our customers. Some of our growth has occurred as a result of our acquisition of smaller agencies. Our record in retaining those people as a customer has been excellent as a result of the treatment these new customers have received from our staff.

We have dedicated ourselves to continued growth and expansion. We can only reach our goals of growth and customer satisfaction by continued excellent service to our customers. Our customers will remain with us only if they receive fair and cordial treatment by our staff. We must always keep in mind that most people dislike insurance and do not relish the pleasure of purchasing such, but it is our responsibility to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

We wish to continue our growth and it will benefit all of us if we continue to work towards achieving our goals of excellence in service to our customers.
